On December 11th, 2016 Troop 73 toured the United States Coast Guard Cutter Morgenthau.  This proud ship once served during the Vietnam conflict and soon will embark on its last deployment before being decommissioned to make way for a newer ship.  SK2 Darder took the Scouts and showed them the ship from bow to stern.  It gave the Scouts a great opportunity to learn about the mission of the Coast Guard and gave them a glimpse of life as a “Coastie.”  A big mahalo to SK2 Darder for the wonderful tour.
